30-day money-back guarantee

If your Rollkeen sharpener isn't for you, for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund what you paid for it. You don't need to send anything back.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@rollkeen.com, or send us a message through our contact page, with your order number and the email address you ordered with. We'll confirm by email and refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Returns

We don't take returns, and you never need to post the sharpener back to get your money.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email support@rollkeen.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Lifetime warranty

The optional lifetime warranty is separate from this guarantee. See Lifetime warranty.
