Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Rollkeen collects when you visit this website or buy from it, what we do with it and the choices you have. Rollkeen is Shea Cordobes, doing business as Rollkeen, 2660 Townsgate Rd Ste 130, Westlake Village, CA 91361.
What we collect
- From you. Your name, email address, shipping and billing address and phone number when you order. Your email address if you join our email list. Anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Automatically. Information about your device and your visit: browser, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed and how you reached the site. It's collected through cookies, pixels and similar technology.
- Payment. Card details go straight to the payment processor through Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including refunds and warranty claims.
- To answer your messages.
- To send marketing email, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To run the site, keep it secure and prevent fraud.
- To measure and improve our advertising. See "Advertising and cookies" below.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who help run the store, and only for that purpose:
- Shopify hosts the store and processes checkout and payments.
- Our fulfillment partner is the warehouse that ships your order. It receives your name, address and what you ordered.
- Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver and track the package.
- Our email service sends order and marketing emails.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), as described under "Advertising and cookies".
We also share information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud. We don't sell your personal information for money.
Advertising and cookies
We may use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. They let Meta:
- measure which of our ads lead to visits and purchases;
- show our ads to people likely to be interested.
Meta may combine this with information it already has about you. Under some state laws, this counts as "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out in any of these ways:
- Use the "Your privacy choices" link at the bottom of the site.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat it as an opt-out.
- Change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. There's no common standard for "Do Not Track" signals, so we don't respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control, as described above.
How long we keep it
- Order information: as long as we need it for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and for as long as your lifetime warranty lasts, so we can handle claims.
- Marketing email addresses: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what we hold about you, and get a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- opt out of targeted advertising.
Email support@rollkeen.com to make a request. We'll check that it's you and reply within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.
California residents can also ask which personal information, if any, we shared with other businesses for their own direct marketing in the past year. We don't share it for that purpose.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so on the site.
