Lifetime warranty
A new sharpener, for any reason, for as long as you own it.
The lifetime warranty is an optional add-on you can buy with your Rollkeen sharpener for $9.99, or $4.99 per sharpener while the deal price is on. It covers one sharpener per warranty.
What it covers
If your sharpener wears out, breaks, gets damaged, or simply stops sharpening the way it did, we'll send you a new one. That includes the discs wearing down over years of use, which isn't a defect and which a standard warranty does not cover.
How long it lasts
For as long as you own the sharpener. A replacement we send stays covered by the same warranty.
How to claim
Email support@rollkeen.com, or send us a message through our contact page, with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll ship the replacement free to a US address.
Terms of the warranty
- The warranty must be bought in the same order as the sharpener it covers.
- It covers the sharpener only (the roller and the angle block), not the knives you sharpen with it.
- It is tied to the original order and isn't a cash refund. If you'd rather have your money back, the 30-day money-back guarantee covers that separately.
